Sandon and Colchester Park and RideOur Sunday and bank holiday Monday sales provide regular income alongside the sites’ Park and Ride use. Both locations operate on hardstanding throughout the year.

Lee Valley Leisure Complex, EdmontonOur seasonal Edmonton sale brings Wednesday trading to an established leisure venue. The location forms part of our experience managing events on public leisure grounds.
Hempsted Meadow, Gloucester
A purpose-built market site operated under a 15-year lease awarded by Gloucester City Council following a competitive tender.
Sunday and Wednesday trading gives the property a regular use. Capital manages the sale, promotion, arrivals, marshalling, public facilities and clearance, with an operating plan covering site care, maintenance and planning conditions.
How we manage your site
On site management
We agree operating days, access and the use of space around the property. We manage promotion, staffing, security and public facilities, with a site manager from opening to closing and a direct contact for the landowner.
Traffic & arrivals
We plan arrivals with neighbouring properties in mind. Marshals manage parking and vehicle movements, while staggered entry and tiered pricing spread arrivals through the morning.
Trading rules & clearance
We enforce clear trading rules, including no power tools or illegal items. Our team handles waste, litter and clearance so the property is ready for its normal use.

A regular sale can make productive use of available land while wider plans progress, or operate on agreed days alongside a property’s main activities.
